When setting up Online Course Recommendations, please use the following check list: Course Catalog must be rolled to Next Year in End of Year Procedures>Roll Courses. Students must have Next Year's School and Next Year's Grade Level set in Biographical>Mass Update Students. Middle School students should have next year's school set to next year's High School. Final year Elementary School students should have next year's school set to next year's Middle School. Use the Recommendations Configuration screen to set the appropriate core courses and number of electives. Use the Recommendations Configuration screen to set up the Parent Sign Off Message. Use the Recommendations Configuration screen to set Allow Teachers to enter Recommendations>Yes or No to open and close recommendations for teachers. If you plan to use iStudent, please contact IMG for creation of student accounts.
