The only way to do this is to check off under Extra Security Options in
manage users for the teacher. - Can input daily attendance on all home rooms. But they will be able to do attendance for all homerooms. Another way to get around this is If you assign one homeroom to her and the other to a teacher who does not have a homeroom and then give the teacher access to the other teacher's attendance in Security> Assign Teacher Access.
