Published Documents Listed Query

This query provides a list of Published Documents with the total number of Views/Downloads and the User ID of the person that published the document.

The Published_Documents_Listed query report includes:

• Document Label
• Document Comment
• File Name
• Publish Date
• Total Downloads - Total number of times the document was opened for viewing
• User ID of the publisher

When you Execute the query you can enter a date range for the published document(s) you want to view.

Other queries available for download:

• Published_Documents_by_Date_Range - Same as above query but with the ability to enter a date range filter.
• Published_Documents_with_User - Same as the  above report but with no date range filter. This report will include all published documents.
