Patch Release Notes - 7.0.20170719_sync

A patch release went out that included corrections related to Add/Modify Discipline, SIF SSDR, SIF SCS and EPIMS.

Summary:

• Adding new Discipline Incident 
• SIF Reporting of Other Weaspon (ie. 14b4)
• SIF Mapping Table for 1049 - Incident Code is now school specific
• SIF SCS reporting of course with Credit = 0
• EPIMS Export
