Do I have to create a test for each year? For example, MCAS 2008, MCAS 2009, etc.?

No. Standard test scores are stored in the student profile by grade level and date of test. If you upload a file including the grade level when the test was administered as well as a date of the test, it will be stored in the student profile in a separate incident of the standard test MCAS. You may also enter them for each student individually if "permit test score entry" is checked on the test maintenance screen.
