Download your SIF SSDR Offense and Discipline data files from the DOE Security Portal.

Log into the MassEDU Security Portal.

Click on Application List.

Select School Safety and Discipline.

Select the District, click Next.

You will see the Schools being reported, the # of Incidents for each school, the Status, and option to check off None for a school that has no incidents to report. Be sure to un-check if there are incidents being reported at the school. This is also the screen you will use to certify your report.

On the left hand side of the screen select > Download Data.

To download the Offense file click inside the Offense radio button and Click Download Data. Save the file.

To download the Discipline file, click inside the Discipline radio button and click Download Data. Save the file.
