Application Enhancements Include:

The End of Year Procedure “Rollover Courses” has been enhanced to copy all elements defined for a course (or for course section). See chart below.

  • Data fields that include multiple values: the procedure will now copy over all values and not just the first value (example: Competencies).
  • The procedure can be run multiple times and will allow the end user to select to replace existing data or append data.

Minor Enhancements & Corrections Include:

  • Last Name field has been added to Student Attendance History report parameters page.
  • The iStaff Data Entry page now allows values to be set as zeros.
  • Administration > District Resources > District Configuration > “Show which schedules” > teachers will no longer have access to future year schedules if “Current & Prior” is selected.
  • Discipline > Incident > field titled “Does this incident include a victim(S)” changed to “Is this a bullying incident”.
  • MA Clients: Discipline > Incident > field titled “Is this student an Offender or Victim” drop-down values have been changed to reflect “Offender” and “Victim” instead of “Aggressor” and “Target”.
  • Discipline Module > incidents are now saving regardless of the duration type selected.
  • The “Date of Last CORI check” is now saving when the Batch Data Entry screen is used to update the field.
  • Discipline Module > when a victim receives a consequence, they will be identified as a victim on the View Only – Discipline page, iParent Discipline, and iStudent Discipline pages.
  • Columns are aligned correctly now on the Grade Verification sheet.
  • Gradebook/Rankbook > select a course > the application will no longer issue an error when save as Excel is selected.
  • iHealth module > HVP Batch Entry page > when hearing data is submitted it will no longer affect the colorblind fields.
  • Discipline Module > incidents > Additional Victims is now saving as expected.
  • Grading Letters > the Group/Activity filter is now working as expected.
  • Discipline Reports > Student Discipline History parameter page now reflects the correct values for Groups/Activities.
  • Room Catalog > +Add under Associated Courses is now returning the expected results.
  • iStudent > schedule will now display without the need to refresh the page.
  • Scheduling > Reports > Print Course List will no longer truncate the student and counselor names
  • Scheduling > Elementary Quick Scheduler the page will now refresh as expected when a course is selected.
  • Attendance > Reports > Attendance Tally report is now reflecting the correct membership days for transferred students.
  • Attendance > Reports > Parameters pages >will no long reflect a “?” for Activity/Group parameter.  Note: this defect was only noticeable for districts that have a large number of Activity/Groups.
  • Districts will no longer receive an error when printing multiple student ID cards.
  • Advanced Export and Attendance Tally report PreK membership will now align to the membership report via SIF.
  • Grades > Transcripts > Alpha grades for previous years will no longer reflect a value of “P” for transferred students.
  • iStaff Biographical > Staff Profile > Staff Photo IDs will no longer reflect a blank photo when selected.
  • Scheduling > Reports > Master Schedule Matrix Report is now generating data.
  • Scheduling > Study Hall Scheduler > is now assigning study halls for students as expected.
  • Gradebook > Year to Date averages are now looking at mid-term when calculating.
  • Scheduling > Course Recommendation search screen is now showing courses in all departments that the course is assigned to.
