I promoted all of my students at the end of the year, but not all of them went to the correct grade level. What happened?

This is caused when someone sets the Next Year Grade Level on the individual student profile screen to something other than what is defined in your district grade table. This field is only used for retaining students in the same grade level for the next year, or for PK students that are not being promoted to kindergarten.
